This bank began more than 70 years ago as a solid, community bank, but had recently changed the name to “S Bank,” which had not been thoroughly explained to the market or staff. The bank was losing traction in the confusion and seeking a full-scale marketing launch to explain the “S” and provide a solid foundation on which to grow the brand
We created a comprehensive system for the bank that elevated the “S” into a true brand. The name “S Bank” now refers to their ambitious nature to always “strive” to achieve customers’ goals. We kicked off the branding promotion with a simple introduction: “Hello. We’re S Bank.” The subsequent branding materials created a visual language and clarity of communication that helped S Bank regain traction, market share and unity within the team.
