Respect each other.

Branding (and business) starts with people. From our clients to their customers to the people we work alongside every day, respect shows up everywhere. It’s in every conversation and every interaction we have with our clients and with each other. It means listening fully, assuming the best, and caring about each other, at work and beyond. Brand is personal. Our work relationships are, too.

Ask questions.

No question is too big or too small here. In fact, we love questions. Sure, that goes for asking for help or clarity from teammates, but it also means asking the big, structural questions. How can we be better? What if we tried something new? Why do we do things this way? We love big questions, because they, inevitably, lead us to bigger, better, cooler ideas.

Never stop growing.

If there’s one thing we ask of everyone at FMS, it’s that they make us better. Constantly. Consistently. And that goes for everyone. There’s always room to grow, personally and as an agency. Good enough is never the goal. We’re always learning, growing, refining, and pushing ourselves to get better.

Do it right.

Even when it’s harder. Even when no one’s watching. We do the right thing over the easy thing every time. When we make mistakes, we own up to them. When we have a chance to be kind or go the extra mile, we take it. We give our best, from the smallest emails to the biggest campaigns. We pride ourselves on doing good work, but more than that we pride ourselves on being good people.
